Many people mistakenly go for the agent that tells them the highest price. Agents are not going to be able to accurately predict to the dollar how much they can sell your house for. Therefore, you should trust a real estate agent that gives you a price range that is in keeping with your market.


When you are talking to different real estate agents, you should be able to get a feel for their personality. You are going to want to choose someone that meshes well with your personality and that you can easily get along with. You will need to trust the person, have confidence in their work and be comfortable sharing your thoughts.
